The Top TEs To Start in Week 13

    Cade Otton, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

One of my favorite dart-throw selections late in drafts this year was Cade Otton for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. While there wasn’t necessarily the path for top-five upside in this offense with the other receiving weapons Tampa Bay has to offer, Otton’s talent level should allow him to be a solid and safe option for fantasy lineups week in and week out.

That’s what we’re seeing develop here in recent weeks. Otton has slowly — but surely — emerged as a reliable receiving option in the short-to-intermediate levels of the field for Baker Mayfield, and it’s equating to fantasy production. Over the past month, Otton has been the TE8 in all of fantasy football!

If you’re tired of hunting around the position with players like Kyle Pitts or Gerald Everett, Otton’s a fine stable option to plug in down the stretch.

    Tucker Kraft, Green Bay Packers

Analysis by Derek Tate | The Green Bay Packers appear to have two talented rookie TEs they can call upon this season. After Luke Musgrave was sent to injured reserve ahead of the team’s Thanksgiving matchup against the Lions, Tucker Kraft made the most of his two targets by hauling both passes and scoring the first touchdown of his NFL career in Week 12.

While the target volume and yardage output weren’t ideal, his snap usage was. He was on the field for 96% of the team’s offensive snaps against Detroit. As long as he continues to stay on the field this much, it wouldn’t be surprising if his involvement in the passing game expands in the coming weeks.
