What Is PFN's Free Fantasy Football Mock Draft Simulator?
PFN's Free Fantasy Football Mock Draft Simulator lets you run a full draft against AI opponents before your real one — no signup, no limit. Set your league size, draft slot, and scoring, and the engine weighs 16 factors on every pick: expert consensus values from analysts Jason Katz and Kyle Soppe, live ADP, positional need, roster construction, bye-week balance, and tier breaks. That mix is why the board doesn't fall in a robotic best-available order — quarterbacks rush off early in Superflex, a run on tight ends pulls the next pick forward, and value slides the way it does on draft night.
Reps are how you win your draft before it starts. Mock from the 1, the 6, and the 12 to see how each slot changes your plan, test whether you can wait on quarterback or need to hammer running back early, and stop guessing what's likely to be there at the turn. It runs redraft, dynasty, and rookie drafts in 1QB and Superflex, syncs to your Sleeper league, grades every pick, and lets you download the finished board.
What Is a Fantasy Football Mock Draft Simulator?
A mock draft simulator runs a full fantasy football draft against AI-controlled opponents so you can rehearse before the picks count. Ours is free with no signup — set your league size, draft slot, and scoring, and the AI fills every other seat. Run it the night before your draft or a dozen times across the summer to learn how the board tends to break.
How Does the AI Draft Against You?
Every AI team picks through a 16-factor engine instead of a static best-available list. It starts from PFN's expert consensus values — set by analysts Jason Katz and Kyle Soppe — then layers in live ADP, positional need, roster construction, bye-week balance, and tier breaks. That's why opponents reach, chase position runs, and let value slide the way real managers do.
What's the Difference Between Redraft, Dynasty, and Rookie Mock Drafts?
Redraft builds a one-season roster and values proven, current-year production. Dynasty treats the draft as a long-term build, so youth and upside climb the board. Rookie mode covers just the incoming class for dynasty rookie drafts. You can run all three, and the AI reprices every player to match the mode you choose.
Can I Run a Superflex or 1QB Mock Draft?
Both are built in, alongside PPR, Half-PPR, and Non-PPR (Standard) scoring. Flip to Superflex and quarterbacks jump up the board — a second QB can start in your lineup, so the AI drafts them far earlier, often in the first round or two. Switch back to 1QB and they slide to where they belong in single-quarterback leagues.
Can I Sync My Sleeper League?
Connect a Sleeper league and the simulator pulls in its size, scoring, and roster spots so the mock mirrors your real format instead of a generic default. From any point in a live draft you can simulate the remaining picks to preview how it's likely to finish. It saves you from re-entering your league's rules by hand.
Are the Mock Drafts Really Unlimited and Free?
There's no cap, no paywall, and no account to create — every mock you run is free. Reset and re-draft from a new slot as many times as you like to test different plans. Most managers find the patterns at their draft slot start clicking around the third or fourth rep.
How Does Mock Drafting Help You Win Your League?
Repping drafts turns guesses into a plan: you see which players actually reach your slot, where position runs start, and whether your strategy survives contact with the board. You can pressure-test zero-RB, hammering running backs, or waiting on QB with zero real-draft risk. By the time it counts, you've already made your mistakes for free.
Does the Simulator Grade My Picks?
Yes — each selection gets an instant grade based on the value at that pick versus expert rank and ADP, so you can tell in real time whether you reached or landed a steal. The grades also flag when you are stacking one position or ignoring a need. When the draft ends, you can download the full board to review or share.
