Fantasy Football QB Risers After Week 15
Jared Goff, Detroit Lions
The Detroit Lions offense continues to be one of the more productive fantasy units in the league because of Goff’s consistent play.
His 3,727 yards and 26 touchdowns through the air have him ranked in the top five in the two most important fantasy categories for a quarterback this season.

Goff’s remaining matchups against the Minnesota Vikings and Dallas Cowboys both offer opportunities for him to exploit two teams who blitz at a top-10 rate in the league. His connections with Amon-Ra St. Brown, Sam LaPorta, and Jahmyr Gibbs have helped him throw for over 200 yards in all but one game this year.
Goff’s growing trust with deep threat Jameson Williams could also give him more splash plays down the stretch against these two defenses in the fantasy playoffs.
Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Buccaneers’ passing offense seems to be hitting its stride at the perfect moment for this team to make a legit postseason push, which could help you get through your fantasy football playoffs.

Mayfield’s 381-yard, four-touchdown performance against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday led to his best fantasy outing since 2020. His connection with Mike Evans has been there all season, but the 10-reception, 155-yard explosion from Chris Godwin could help Tampa Bay’s offense operate at its full potential against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 16.
