The Top RBs To Start in Week 13
Raheem Mostert, Miami Dolphins
Miami Dolphins RB Raheem Mostert appeared to be falling out of the RB1 conversation after posting consecutive games with fewer than 55 total yards in Weeks 7 and 8 without De’Von Achane in the lineup.

Well, Mostert has topped 80 yards rushing in three straight games now and managed to score three touchdowns during that span. The struggling Washington Commanders defense fired defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio after Dallas’ offense scored five touchdowns in the 45-10 blowout loss on Thanksgiving.
No team in the league puts more stress on an opposing secondary than the Dolphins, which should generate a handful of scoring opportunities for Mostert to produce RB1 numbers in Week 13.
Breece Hall, New York Jets
When you realize the New York Jets’ offense currently ranks 31st in total yards and 30th in scoring, it’s pretty remarkable that Hall is the RB15 in PPR formats through the first 12 weeks of the season.
As well, the Jets’ organization intentionally limited Hall’s workload significantly through the first month of the 2023 season while trying to manage his surgically repaired knee from last year.
Since New York elected to make Hall the featured back in Week 5, we’ve seen him produce a fantasy floor in PPR formats in a terrible offense by catching an average of four passes for 39 yards per game.
Assuming Hall is active against Atlanta, he’ll still be a fringe RB1 option for Week 13.
Antonio Gibson, Washington Commanders
It brings me no joy to say Washington Commanders RB Antonio Gibson — who I once believed had feature RB potential in the NFL — tied a season-high with six carries against the Cowboys on Thanksgiving. But, that is where we are at with his role in this Commanders backfield.
After missing the Week 11 game against the New York Giants with a toe injury, Gibson stepped back into his complementary role against the Cowboys. He produced just 37 yards on nine total touches, but his snap share saw no dip in his return.
If you are in a pinch in a deeper PPR league, Gibson is a quality option if the Commanders fall behind quickly against the Miami Dolphins this week.
