Wilson has been under the scrutiny of the public eye since his time as the QB at BYU. After being drafted by the New York Jets, that scrutiny has only amplified. In his final season at BYU in 2020, Wilson completed 73.5% of his passes for 3,692 yards, 43 total touchdowns, and three interceptions.
His first season with the Jets did not go well, however. It was during that year he met his current girlfriend.

The young lady has done a lot already in her short years. While attending James Madison University, Dellanno was juggling modeling gigs with companies like Target. Dellanno is currently a social media influencer and works on projects like designing dresses for Morgan & Co. and modeling for the company that sells junior social wear.
Wilson spoke about his girlfriend during an interview with desertnews.com.
“She used to do some TikTok stuff for fun, but she is actually one of the top designers at this company called Morgan & Co.,” he explained. “They make dresses, like mother of the bride, and prom dresses. So she works in New York City and she gets to design dresses every day, which is a pretty cool gig.”

In the hustle-like mentality that is most associated with older generations, Wilson has been raked over the coals for vacationing during the team’s bye by people like New York commercial radio station host Shaun Morash on WFAN:
“Wilson has not ‘earned’ a vacation during his bye week. He should sleep over at the stadium so he can practice every day of the week during his week without a game.”

What does Dellanno have to do with the quarterback’s Utah trip this week? She went instead of camping out at the stadium with her New York Jets boyfriend.

The Jets’ QB has family, friends, and his girlfriend to support him while he remains in the hot seat that he wasn’t even supposed to sit in this year.
Wilson’s mother is an outspoken advocate of her son. The matriarch moved the Wilson family unit to New York City so her son didn’t have to face the pressure of being an NFL franchise QB alone. And so her best friends were close by.
Dellanno also has her boyfriend’s back even when he loses, not exactly an uncommon game outcome for Wilson.
In his heartbreaking three-point loss to the Kansas City Chiefs earlier in October, Wilson was crestfallen, despite it being one of his better performances this season.
His love interest swooped in with kind words, sharing how proud of her boyfriend she was with all 44,000 of her Instagram followers.
