We continue to move along through the XFL season. With all eyes now set on Week 4, will we see the return of Thursday Night Football tonight? If not, what does XFL’s Week 4 schedule look like?
XFL Games Today: Is There Thursday Night Football Tonight?
Although it may feel like the void the NFL let on Thursday nights would be a great opportunity for the XFL, once again this week, there is no football tonight. Instead, the four games will be played over Saturday and Sunday this weekend.
XFL Week 4 TV Schedule: TV Channels, Start Times, and More
Houston Roughnecks at Orlando Guardians
- Start Time: Saturday, 7 p.m. ET
- TV Channel: FX
- Live Stream Options: ESPN+, fuboTV
The first game of XFL’s Week 4 schedule is a rematch from its first week when the Houston Roughnecks travel to take on the Orlando Guardians. In what is already the largest spread on the board (-8.5), there is little aspiration that Orlando is able to turn things around against a formidable Roughnecks defense.

Paxton Lynch and this Orlando offense gave it their best shot last week and almost came away with their first win of the season. Unfortunately, a deep ball to Charleston Rambo that was just out of bounds ended what could have been a surprise upset. Can they do the same against a Roughnecks team that can put up points with ease?
San Antonio Brahmas at Seattle Sea Dragons
- Start Time: Saturday, 10 p.m. ET
- TV Channel: FX
- Live Stream Options: ESPN+, fuboTV
In what is a very odd choice, the next game of XFL’s Week 4 TV schedule has the San Antonio Brahmas and Seattle Sea Dragons kicking off at 10 p.m. ET! If you can somehow manage to stay up this late, you will get to watch the XFL game with the highest projected point total of the weekend (40.5). Two offenses that can put up points in bunches are facing off against two defenses that have clear chinks in their armor.
Ben DiNucci continues to play good football but struggles with turnovers. If he can manage to take care of the ball, this Seattle team could compete for best in the league. Unfortunately, that seems unlikely, considering he has eight turnovers in just three games.
On the other side of the ball, the Brahmas rely heavily on one of the best running back duos in the XFL, Jacques Patrick and Kalen Ballage. With a struggling passing attack, San Antonio will need their rushing attack to be at the top of their game to compete with Josh Gordon and these Sea Dragons.
Arlington Renegades at St. Louis Battlehawks
- Start Time: Sunday, 4 p.m. ET
- TV Channel: ESPN2
- Live Stream Options: ESPN+, fuboTV
Sunday’s XFL TV schedule begins with arguably the best game of the weekend between the Arlington Renegades and St. Louis Battlehawks. It will be the Battlehawk’s first home game, and from all early reports, the stadium will be completely sold out, something that is not common with the XFL.

A home game is just what this Battlehawks team needs after suffering their first loss of the season last week. Now they get a Renegades team whose defense has been the best in the league, but whose offense has looked completely stagnant.
If A.J. McCarron can play turnover-free football, St. Louis should be in a position to impress in front of their home crowd.
Vegas Vipers at D.C. Defenders
- Start Time: Sunday, 7 p.m. ET
- TV Channel: ESPN2
- Live Stream Options: ESPN+, fuboTV
The last game of Week 4’s XFL schedule features the Vegas Vipers and D.C. Defenders. These two teams faced off at Cashman Field in Week 2, where the Defenders got the win thanks to their rushing attack that produced 229 yards and two touchdowns. Now, they get to go up against the worst run defense in the league.
Vegas came into the season with high expectations, but struggles at quarterback have quickly derailed that. Now Brett Hundley is under center and has brought some excitement to the Vipers’ offense.
