The success of the WWE in their current era has become something spectacular. Major partnerships, mainstream coverage, exciting new ventures, and it seems like WWE is not planning to stop anytime soon. One of the company’s greatest icons is preparing to launch a major series on March 26th.
Stephanie McMahon is following in the footsteps of Peyton Manning and his famed Peyton’s Places documentary series with her own new venture through ESPN. Stephanie’s Places will be broadcast on ESPN+ but also made available on Hulu and Disney+ when it airs. It is being produced by Manning’s Omaha Productions company.
Peyton’s Places, the inspiration behind this series, ran for four seasons and revisited legendary moments in NFL history through conversations with former players and coaches. The series was very successful and rated highly, with many speaking praise about the show.
Stephanie’s Places Will Feature WWE Superstars
Similar to how Peyton’s Places featured NFL icons, names, and football experts, Stephanie’s Places will feature some of the greatest names to ever grace the world of professional wrestling over 10 episodes in this upcoming season.

The 10-episode series kicks off with an episode on CM Punk and his return to WWE after 10 years away. The series will continue with episodes on Cody Rhodes and Rhea Ripley for weeks 2 and 3 before Stone Cold Steve Austin joins the program in week 4.
For the final six weeks of the series, McMahon will document the stories of Charlotte Flair, Roman Reigns and The Bloodline, Pat McAfee, the legendary Undertaker, her husband Triple H, and it will finish with John Cena.
What This Could Mean For WWE Going Forward?
Partnering with ESPN and Peyton Manning once again catapults WWE into the mainstream spotlight, and it will allow the company to give more shine to all of the superstars. The series showcasing legends like Austin, Undertaker, Punk, and Cena will bring in a variety of viewers from multiple generations.
Will Stephanie’s Places be able to garner four seasons like Peyton’s Places? The possibilities are there, as the WWE has a number of wrestlers that could be covered in future seasons. Kevin Owens, Bianca Belair, Sami Zayn, The Rock, and many others would be great choices for future seasons if that happens.
Will Stephanie’s Places provide the WWE with even more momentum as they continue building towards WrestleMania 41? Will the ratings and success bring more opportunities for ESPN and WWE to work together? Time will tell.
