Injury Updates for Top Fantasy Football WRs
Mike Evans, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
On Monday, head coach Todd Bowles updated the media and told them that Mike Evans tweaked his hamstring on Sunday. He left the game with 40 yards and was seen on the sideline trying to stay loose on a bike until he ultimately headed to the locker room.

On Monday, it was reported that the injury was not severe, and since the Bucs go on bye in Week 5, it should give Evans enough time to rehab.
Tee Higgins, WR, Cincinnati Bengals
Tee Higgins left the game against Tennessee with a rib injury later confirmed as a fracture. Monday, Higgins said that he didn’t think the injury would limit him for long, and he might even be able to play in Week 5 if he can tolerate the pain.
If Higgins is wrong and stays out longer, assume Ja’Marr Chase and Tyler Boyd see more targets.
Davante Adams, WR, Las Vegas Raiders
The Raiders’ star WR suffered a rough hit midway through the second quarter and sustained a shoulder injury. He walked off under his own power to the locker room but was able to return, finishing with 75 yards receiving. After the game, Adams told the media that his shoulder “definitely does not feel good right now.”

Deebo Samuel, WR, San Francisco 49ers
Although Deebo Samuel played most of the game on Sunday against the Cardinals, he did not see one target. On Monday, head coach Kyle Shanahan said Samuel is considered day-to-day for Week 5.

Once again, if Samuel does not play, expect more targets to head towards Brandon Aiyuk, George Kittle, and Christian McCaffrey.
Curtis Samuel, WR, Washington Commanders
The Washington Commanders released an estimated practice report today after a walk-through session, and Curtis Samuel would have been a non-participant due to a quad injury. Washington plays Thursday on a short week, so monitor this week’s practice reports.
Jahan Dotson, WR, Washington Commanders
Jahan Dotson was estimated as a limited participant for Monday’s walk-through. It looks like Dotson may have sustained an ankle injury in the Commanders’ loss to the Eagles, briefly leaving the game in the third quarter. The Commanders play the Bears on Thursday.
