Injury Updates for Top Fantasy Football WRs
Mike Williams, Los Angeles Chargers
Mike Williams went down on Sunday in the middle of a great fantasy game. He was on his way to a monster stat line with 121 receiving yards and one TD. He caught a pass in the third quarter, went to turn, and was tackled from behind.

After an MRI, it was confirmed on Monday that Williams suffered a season-ending ACL injury. It was reported that Williams should be ready for the 2024 training camp. Rookie Quentin Johnston and Joshua Palmer should see an uptick in targets on this high-flying offense.
Christian Watson, Green Bay Packers
Packers WR Christian Watson missed another game this Sunday and has yet to make his 2023 debut. Things were hopeful when he logged some practice last week but did not take the field. The Packers did not practice on Monday, but Watson would have been unavailable if they did. Managers will have to monitor practice reports this week closely but also have a pivot option if Watson cannot go.
Romeo Doubs could continue to be the biggest beneficiary if Watson doesn’t play — he had five receptions for 73 yards and a TD on Sunday.
Jaylen Waddle, Miami Dolphins
Dolphins WR Jaylen Waddle remains in the concussion protocol after sitting out Week 3. Waddle went down in the closing minutes of Week 2 after a tough hit. Miami had no problem without him on Sunday, but they take on Buffalo in Week 4, which should be more challenging.
Brandon Aiyuk, San Francisco 49ers
After appearing in pain in Week 2, Brandon Aiyuk was held out of San Francisco’s Week 3 game against the Giants on Thursday.
The Niners responded to the loss of Aiyuk by spreading the ball around — both Deebo Samuel and George Kittle had good games. Aiyuk did practice today, which is good news. If he misses another game, expect more big numbers from Samuel, Kittle, and Christian McCaffrey.
Odell Beckham Jr., Baltimore Ravens
In Week 3, OBJ went down in the third quarter with an ankle injury, but it did not look too serious as the week progressed. Beckham was held out of Sunday’s game against the Colts, and rookie Zay Flowers (8) and Nelson Agholor (4) saw increased targets.
It looks like OBJ is on track to play in Week 4. If he misses another game, expect Flowers to step up again, in addition to Mark Andrews.
