‘She Is Now Ready To Unleash’ – Angel Reese Leaves Fans Awestruck As Unrivaled Star Fixes Major Weakness

Angel Reese generated a ton of eyeballs in her rookie WNBA season with the Chicago Sky. With those eyeballs came admirers and critics in equal amounts.

One of Reese’s chief criticisms was her layups and close-range shots. However, her performance for Rose BC in the Unrivaled League has made fans confident that she’s ready to win it all this season.

Angel Reese Shows Off Her Behind-The-Scenes Work

In a 3 vs. 3 format, Reese didn’t have as many assist options available to her as she did in the WNBA. This led to the 22-year-old evolving her game and securing those close-range shots and layups.

The Rose BC defeated the Laces BC 58-53, as Reese scored 16 points, 17 rebounds, and eight assists. The franchise posted a highlight reel of her night on Instagram, focusing on the Bayou Barbie’s layups and short-range buckets.

“Say what you want, Angel Reese been in the lab,” they captioned the post with “Coast to coast Barbie” plastered on one of the pictures.

“That work showin,” another fan replied.

“She was always so close in previous games and she’d go for the assist instead. I promise you I couldn’t contain my excitement. I’m glad she executed this last night,” added a fan.

“She’s gonna be a problem in year 2,” commented a fan.

“Angel had these skills in her bag going back to her Maryland playing days. she is now ready to unleash them back and create more championships,” another fan commented.

“A year 2 demon loading,” responded a fan.

Reese’s Unrivaled Teammate Was Impressed by Her Performance

Reese’s dominance on the court brought the Rose BC back to the win column on Monday. The forward’s standout performance left her teammate Chelsea Gray (Las Vegas Aces guard) admiring her.

“She’s been putting extra time and putting extra work in,” Gray said. “And it’s showing in some of these games.”

Reese’s rookie season was cut short due to a wrist injury. However, after seeing her owning the court again, the Sky fans must be in high spirits for her to take over the league.
