Will Taylor Swift Be at the Super Bowl and Who Will Be in Her Suite? New Details Emerge About Pop Star’s Plans

The Super Bowl is more than a football game. It is a huge cultural event that invites non-sports fans to pay attention to the big game. Even celebrities want to take part in the action.

The biggest pop star in the world, Taylor Swift, will be in New Orleans to root for the Kansas City Chiefs and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce. The Chiefs are looking to win an unprecedented third-straight Super Bowl when they take on the Philadelphia Eagles.

This year, the trek to the Super Bowl will be much simpler than it was for Super Bowl 58, when Swift needed elaborate travel plans to travel from Japan to Las Vegas to see the Chiefs compete for the NFL’s ultimate prize.

Jason Kelce Confirms Taylor Swift’s Presence

Retired Eagles center Jason Kelce spoke with PEOPLE and said the entire family will be in tow for Super Bowl 59, presumably including Swift.

“Yeah, I think everybody’s coming in,” Jason Kelce said. “I mean, I don’t want to speak for everybody, but I think obviously, our whole family. I believe, obviously Trav and Taylor, and his family and his friends. I mean, Trav always travels like, full.”

It appears Travis Kelce’s parents, Donna Kelce and Ed Kelce, will be there with his brother Jason Kelce, sitting with the family and Swift in a suite for the Super Bowl.

Jason Kelce goes on to say that even for regular season games, Travis Kelce likes to have family and friends there to support him and the Chiefs.

Swift has attended multiple Chiefs games this year and since her and Travis Kelce have started dating. She has been a good luck charm for the Chiefs, as the team tends to play well when she’s in the building.

This season, the Chiefs are 9-0 in the games that Swift has attended. She was also on hand for Kansas City’s win over the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl 58. That is a streak of 10 consecutive games the Chiefs have won with Swift in attendance.

With such a gaudy record when Swift is there to see him, Travis Kelce knows he needs to perform at a high level.

In the playoffs this year, Travis Kelce has nine catches for 136 yards and one touchdown.

“I better hold up my end of the bargain, Travis Kelce said during his Super Bowl press conference. “She’s up there being the superstar that she is and never taking no for an answer and always working her tail off. I better match that energy for sure.”
