They seem to be a lock for a playoff spot with a soft schedule coming into the rest of the season. So, what prompted this quick turnaround? It all starts with Derek Carr. He’s in the top 10 this season in QBR, leading a Raiders offense that’s eighth in the NFL in scoring. Josh Jacobs has been vital to the Raiders’ success; he’s on pace for over 1,500 yards from scrimmage and 20 touchdowns. He’s quickly turning into one of the NFL’s best running backs.
