Who Is Kristin Juszczyk? Meet the NFL Wife Who Made Jackets for Taylor Swift and Other Celebrities

Kristin Juszczyk, wife of 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk, is now officially licensed by the NFL after several celebrities rocked her creative fashion designs.

Kristin Juszczyk, the wife of San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk, has been in the news perhaps more than her husband this NFL season due to her creatively designed fashion being worn by quite a few celebrities. Her work has only gained attention in the weeks leading up to Super Bowl 58 with San Francisco set to battle the Kansas City Chiefs for the Lombardi Trophy on Sunday.

Kristin first began designing women’s NFL fashion as a passion project, something her husband Kyle said this week began due to her not liking the league’s available merchandise options for women.

“[Kristin] just didn’t really like the options that were out there for women’s apparel on game day,” Kyle said on Wednesday. “She quite literally took it into her own hands and said, ‘I think I could make something better.'”

Her designs gained plenty of steam earlier this season when singer-songwriter Taylor Swift wore a Travis Kelce-themed puffer jacket made by Kristin to the Chiefs’ playoff game back on Jan. 14 against the Miami Dolphins.

Brittany Mahomes, wife of Patrick Mahomes, also wore a Mahomes-themed jacket that Kristin made to the game.

In addition, actor Taylor Lautner wore a letterman-style jacket themed around Detroit Lions defensive lineman Aidan Hutchinson, also designed by Juszczyk, to Detroit’s playoff game against the Los Angeles Rams on Wild Card Weekend.

Taylor Swift, Brittany Mahomes and Taylor Lautner all pose in jackets created by Kristin Juszczyk at playoff games last month in a post Juszczyk made to her Instagram page.

Those creations in particular went viral, but Juszczyk made several others earlier in the season as well.

She made a prior post to Instagram on Jan. 4 showcasing work done for several celebrities, including Simone Biles, whose husband Jonathan Owens plays for the Green Bay Packers.

Kristin also crafted different creations for 49ers wide receivers Brandon Aiyuk and Deebo Samuel, alongside a previous design for Brittany.

Kristin unveiled a new jacket she will wear for the Super Bowl that documents Kyle’s journey from starting his football career at Cloverleaf High School to his most recent appearance in the championship game.

All of Juszczyk’s viral fashion success landed her a licensing deal with the NFL that will allow her to use official NFL logos in future designs, according to Sportico. Financial terms of the deal were not released, but it’s still a significant milestone for something Juszczyk began as a hobby.
