Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills have had what can only be described as an up-and-down season so far. As the Bills continue to compete on the biggest stage, the personal lives of their players get propelled into the limelight. This is especially the case for Allen, who is dating the very popular actress, Hailee Steinfeld.
Are Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld Dating?
Rumors of a budding romance between the Buffalo Bills QB and actress/singer Hailee Steinfeld began to surface in May of this year, shortly after Allen and his girlfriend of six years called it quits.
Allen and Steinfeld were spotted poolside during a July trip to Mexico. Shortly after, Allen seemingly confirmed dating rumors by noting that the public interest in his dating life was surprising.
“The fact that anybody cares about that still blows my mind,” Allen said.
The couple has yet to openly acknowledge the relationship, but they have been spotted going on multiple dates together.
In August 2023, Allen appeared on the Pardon My Take podcast where again he did not confirm or deny his relationship with Steinfeld — but wasn’t opposed to the hosts referring to her as his girlfriend.
Steinfeld appeared to attend a Buffalo Bills game in September at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. There were multiple social media posts of her participating in some Buffalo-themed activities.

Who Is Hailee Steinfeld?
The 26-year-old is an Academy Award-nominated actress and accomplished singer. Since her breakout role opposite Jeff Bridges in 2010’s True Grit, Steinfield has starred in over 20 feature films and multiple television shows. Among her credits are the Pitch Perfect films and leading roles in Apple TV+’s Dickenson and the Marvel Disney+ series Hawkeye.

Steinfeld has also provided the voice work for a number of animated characters, including Gwen Stacy (AKA Spider-Woman) in 2018’s Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and this year’s hit sequel, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.
Back in 2021, Steinfeld was asked in an interview what she was looking for in a relationship. She was quite open, explaining some of her criteria.
“I want a partner who is, first and foremost, loyal and honest but confident in themselves and able to do their thing while I do mine,” Hailee explained. “It’s weird talking about it because it’s been in my head for so long.”
The Los Angeles native has a projected net worth of $12 million. Combine that with the six-year, $258 million extension Allen signed with Buffalo in 2021, and it’s safe to say this young couple can afford a few more vacations in the future.
