The 100th edition of the East-West Shrine Bowl takes place on Thursday, Jan. 30. Kicking off at 8 p.m. ET, the college football all-star game features some of the top prospects in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Over 120 players will showcase their talents for NFL evaluators in Frisco, Texas, but which coaches will be directing their efforts? Below are the coaching staffs for the East and West teams at the 2025 East-West Shrine Bowl.
2025 East-West Shrine Bowl Coaching Staff
East Team
The East team will be led by current Atlanta Falcons special teams coordinator Marquice Williams as head coach. Williams has been with the Falcons since 2021; he came to the Falcons from the Detroit Lions where he spent two seasons as the assistant special teams coach.
Parks Frazier will serve as the offensive coordinator. He currently works as an offensive assistant with the Miami Dolphins, who hold the 13th pick overall in the current 2025 NFL Draft order.
New England Patriots outside linebackers coach Drew Wilkins will serve as defensive coordinator.
Finally, Daren Bates of the Carolina Panthers will serve as the special teams coordinator. Bates just finished his first season as a special teams assistant for the Panthers. He formerly coached with the Seattle Seahawks.

West Team
The West Team’s head coach will be New York Giants defensive coordinator Shane Bowen; 2024 Bowen’s first season as coordinator for the Giants. Bowen previously served as coordinator for Tennessee Titans from 2021-23.
His offensive coordinator will be Jacksonville Jaguars assistant quarterbacks coach Andrew Breiner. Running the defense will be Giants inside linebackers coach John Egorugwu.
Las Vegas Raiders special teams assistant Kade Rannings will serve as the special teams coordinator.
