Where Is ESPN BET Legal?
ESPN BET is available for mobile betting in 17 states: Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
If you want to use ESPN BET and don’t live in one of these legal betting states, but are eagerly waiting for legalized sports betting where you live, make sure to check out our tracking page for more information.

Even when you aren’t located in one of those 17 states, you can still access your ESPN BET account to make deposits, withdrawals, and to check your transaction history, to name a few. You just will be unable to place wagers or cash out of bets when physically located in a state where ESPN BET isn’t operational.
ESPN BET is essentially a re-brand of Barstool Sportsbook. All pre-existing Barstool accounts will remain the same on ESPN BET, as will their login information, balances, transaction history, responsible gaming limits, stored payment methods, and open wagers. That means if you already have a Barstool account, you don’t need to register on ESPN BET.
In addition to sports betting, PENN Entertainment’s online casino offering will be available under their Hollywood Casino brand and will be accessible on ESPN BET both on mobile and desktop.
Online casino is currently available in four states: Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Like with Barstool Sportsbook, all existing accounts will remain the same and be made available on Hollywood Casino.
