    Notable NFL Postseason Storylines

Chiefs Trying to Make NFL History With First Threepeat

The Chiefs have appeared in four of the last five Super Bowls, and they won three of them.

If Kansas City advances to Super Bowl LIX next year, they will become the fourth team all-time to play in three straight Super Bowls. Now, the Chiefs have an opportunity to make NFL history by becoming the first team to win three consecutive Super Bowls.

The Chiefs have looked vulnerable this season, but they always seem to find a way to win and they are currently 15-1.

If Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and Co. can hoist the Lombardi Trophy in Super Bowl LIX, their dynastic run will make NFL history and go down as one of the most impressive runs in all of professional sports. All eyes will be on the Chiefs to see if they can advance to the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on Feb. 9, 2025.

Lamar Jackson Looking To End Postseason Struggles

Last year, the Baltimore Ravens advanced to the AFC Championship Game, but they weren’t able to take down the Chiefs.

Lamar Jackson has racked up a ton of individual accolades, and he may win his third NFL MVP award this season. Now, he’s looking to turn around his 2-4 playoff record.

Throughout his postseason career, Jackson has thrown for 1,324 yards, six touchdowns, and six interceptions while rushing for 521 yards and three touchdowns on the ground. He has also fumbled the ball twice and taken 26 sacks.

Jackson is hoping to put together the best postseason run of his career and hoist the Lombardi Trophy for the first time.
