With the Buffalo Bills hosting the Baltimore Ravens for the marquee matchup of this weekend’s Divisional Round games, Las Vegas Raiders star Maxx Crosby unholstered a bold take on the contest and the AFC playoff picture at large.
Maxx Crosby Tips Buffalo Bills To Beat the Baltimore Ravens
Josh Allen’s Bills and Lamar Jackson’s Ravens are playing the most evenly-matched Divisional Round game of the weekend. PFN’s Playoff Predictor tool, having run 10,000 simulations of the matchup, gives the Bills a 52.1% chance of winning.
However, the betting markets are leaning the other way and favoring Baltimore. Responding to that sentiment, Crosby got on his YouTube channel with a prediction out of left field.
“Bro, I don’t know what it is, and I respect the s*** out of the Chiefs, I always give them their flowers,” Crosby said. “But I don’t know what it is, bro, I just have this weird feeling that the Bills are going to do it. I think the Bills are gonna go on a run.
“Something about the energy they got over there, whatever they’re doing, Josh Allen’s in his bag bro. I just feel like they’re gonna beat Baltimore and low-key, it’s going to be a classic vs. the Chiefs. And for some reason, I feel like they might pull it off.”

The Bills secured a comfortable 31-7 Wild Card Round win against the Denver Broncos last Sunday. Their defense stood firm after conceding a touchdown on the Broncos’ first drive, while their offense scored on five possessions without much trouble against a much-vaunted Denver defense that ranked first in PFN’s NFL Defense+ rankings.
The Ravens held a wire-to-wire lead against embattled division rivals Pittsburgh Steelers in a 28-14 win. Their rushing attack looks as potent as ever, which could help limit Buffalo’s possessions on Sunday.
This AFC Divisional Round clash looks set to be a matchup between two middling defenses and two juggernaut offensive units. While Buffalo ranks fourth in PFN’s NFL Offense+ ranking, Baltimore is second, thanks mainly to historic showings from Jackson and Derrick Henry.
The Ravens were able to put the Bills away, 35-10, in their early-season matchup. Their defense also held Josh Allen to his only regular season showing without a passing or a rushing touchdown in 2024.
Crosby expects big things from Buffalo’s defense. With a path to the Super Bowl marked by the Ravens and (presumably) Kansas City, making good on his championship prediction would take a herculean effort.
