Colorado Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur Sanders played his final game under his father and head coach, Deion Sanders, on Dec. 28, in the Alamo Bowl. Though it resulted in a tough loss against the BYU Cougars, the quarterback’s impressive season has him going first overall in the 2025 NFL Draft, according to several analysts.
Similarly, his brother and safety, Shilo Sanders, is set to say goodbye to the college football landscape, hoping to get picked in April. To give their best, they turned to their trainer in Colorado.
Shedeur and Shilo Sanders Head Back to Boulder
In the latest video uploaded by Shedeur’s stepbrother, Deion Sanders Jr., the quarterback and Shilo Sanders arrived at Colorado’s training facility to work on themselves ahead of the East-West Shrine Bowl and the NFL Combine, which is scheduled for early March.
One reason they selected the training facility in Boulder is Coach Mo, aka Maurice Sims, who is a strength and conditioning veteran who has been with Coach Prime for more than 10 years. On the coaching staff, he is the director of football sports performance.
In the video, Shedeur Sanders can be seen engaging in exercises and drills.

Titans Coach To Work With Sanders at East-West Shrine Bowl
The upcoming East-West Shrine Bowl will see Shedeur Sanders working with Tennessee Titans assistant wide receivers coach Payton McCollum. For the game, McCollum will serve as the quarterbacks coach of the West team, which includes Sanders.
This could be an opportunity for the Titans to get a first-hand scouting report on the Colorado QB.
Apart from Sanders, McCollum will also get to work with Minnesota quarterback Max Brosmer and Missouri’s Brady Cook. Meanwhile, on the East side, Auburn’s Payton Thorne, North Dakota State’s Cam Miller, and Syracuse’s Kyle McCord are the three in the QB room.
According to a report from SI, the Titans, who hold the top pick, are gathering scouting reports on both Sanders and Miami Hurricanes quarterback Cam Ward. Tennessee is expected to draft one of them with the No. 1 pick.
The mock draft boards are really divided on this one. Both Ward and Sanders make up for good quarterbacks, making the guessing game that much more difficult.
