Philadelphia Eagles Fans Treated to Drone Show Featuring Saquon Barkley

Freezing temperatures couldn’t keep diehard Eagles fans from attending a rally to celebrate. At the event, Eagles Nation was treated to an immersive drone show that illuminated the chilly night sky against the backdrop of the green-lit Philadelphia Museum of Art.

The Eagles mascot, Swoop, was also on wing, er, hand, along with the Philadelphia cheerleaders and drumline.

The 10-minute spectacular shuffled through several logos, including a Bud Light (the event’s sponsor) can, cornerback Quinyon Mitchell’s finger-wag dance, and running back Saquon Barkley’s iconic reverse hurdle from Week 9.

A similar drone show was presented ahead of the Eagles’ 2023 NFC Championship Game showdown with the San Francisco 49ers.

Jalen Hurts Good To Go for Championship Game vs. Commanders

There won’t be any drones at Sunday’s game, but a primarily healthy roster will be. Despite appearing on the injury report this week, Jalen Hurts, Mitchell, Dallas Goedert, A.J. Brown, Lane Johnson, Josh Sweat, Kenny Pickett, and Fred Johnson are all set to play.

Hurts, who injured his knee on an awkward sack in the Divisional Round victory over the Los Angeles Rams, is expected to wear a knee brace.

“We understand that there are a lot of things that Jalen does in the running game that help us run the football,” head coach Nick Sirianni explained. “As we go through it, we do whatever we’ve got to do to win the game. But his safety is always at the forefront of our mind.”
