The game of Week 10 is undoubtedly the 7-1 Minnesota Vikings and 6-2 Buffalo Bills. This could be a preview of the 2023 Super Bowl if the rest of the season continues to bring positive results for both franchises. We’re diving into the best player prop bets, including Devin Singletary, Dalvin Cook, and Josh Allen.
We’re covering all sports betting aspects of this matchup, with lines courtesy of our friends at FanDuel Sportsbook. On top of grabbing these Vikings and Bills player prop bets, I highly recommend grabbing your no-sweat first bet for Week 10 while you can.
Top Vikings vs. Bills Player Props To Target
We’re using every tool at our disposal to make sharp prop bets for this battle, including fantasy averages, player trends, and the best vig. Let’s dive into the best prop bets you can target.
Dalvin Cook Player Props: Anytime TD (-110)
While I’m not expecting a high-scoring game in this heavyweight battle, both teams routinely favor their stars when it comes to scoring opportunities. The Vikings aren’t the same run-dominant team we saw under Mike Zimmer, as they rank 25th in rushing attempts and 24th in yards. But they clearly trust their trench talent in the red zone, scoring the third-most rushing touchdowns in the NFL.
Cook has five of their 10 rushing touchdowns on the season and has been significantly more efficient than Alexander Mattison. Cook has four rushing touchdowns in his last four games and added his first receiving score of the year in Week 9. The Bills are excellent against running backs but have been vulnerable in the red zone, giving up all five of their rushing scores allowed near the goal line.

Cook’s inclusion in the passing game gives us another little possible boost. In such a big game, it’s normal for offenses to do what’s comfortable before getting too fancy. Cook has been revving hot this season, even if the offense has been much more balanced overall. I think that leads to an end zone trip.
It’s also worth noting that a $5 bet on the over of Cook’s rushing total would win $200 on DraftKings Sportsbook.
Josh Allen Player Props: Anytime TD (+145)
Is it smart for Josh Allen to even play this week? I’m clearly not a doctor, but the Bills rushing Allen back on the field and putting their franchise at risk of losing Allen for an elongated period of time seems reckless. The fact that he can grip a football gave them enough confidence to not rest him is shocking.
With Allen in the game but no passing props available for him, I’m banking on Allen taking over this offense with his legs. It seems wholly unlikely the Bills call a pass-heavy game, and Allen can’t help himself but run hard. It’s why he’s so enjoyable and effective.
Considering James Cook has the lone rushing touchdown by a back on the roster and Allen has four rushing scores, the plan should be for Buffalo to again hook their wagon to Allen. While this should be their sign to rely less on Allen, and I think they will in some ways, Allen can’t help but do too much when it comes to making big plays.
Devin Singletary Player Props: Over 49.5 Rushing Yards (-120)
There have been a few instances this season where I love how Bills offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey has given Singletary an actual chance to be a big part of the game plan. He totaled 31 carries for 152 yards in Week 6 and 8 against the Chiefs and Packers. But he’s only gone over nine carries in one other game and is often more of a receiving threat.
That needs to change with the offense dealing with an ailing Allen and coming off a pathetic showing against the Jets. The Bills have shown they can be effective on the ground, but Singletary and Cook have combined for only 107 carries. Singletary has to be a main part of the game plan this week.
The Vikings have been better against the run over the last month compared to the first month of games. Washington found success by totaling 137 yards in Week 9, but Chicago, Miami, and Arizona had no more than 78 rushing yards in each of their respective matchups. It’s on Dorsey to ensure Buffalo doesn’t fall into Minnesota’s trap of becoming pass-happy.
With a dire need for reliable offense as Allen will be less than 100%, Singletary has to be the answer. Look for him to have more volume and benefit from Allen’s usage in the run game.
Justin Jefferson and Stefon Diggs: 1+ Receiving TD (+330)
Why not include two receivers who were effectively traded for each other? That’s right, it’s Stefon Diggs’ revenge game against the Vikings. I don’t expect a big stat line for Diggs, but this boosted odds parlay is enticing.
Diggs is in the midst of another banner year in his impressive career. Last week broke a three-week streak of 100-yard games and a touchdown, and he still finished with 93 yards. He leads the NFL with seven scores and is on pace to set a new career-high with over 1,700 yards.

Jefferson is obviously not a slouch, either. He’s on pace for even more yards despite having a two-week stretch with only 62 yards after his monstrous Week 1. He’s registered between 98 and 154 yards in each of his last five weeks but has one touchdown since Week 1.
This is our top longshot of the game, but it’s still a relatively likely outcome considering the makeup of these offenses.
