Who faces off in the UFL Schedule Week 3? Here's a look at the matchups, including the start times, channels, and more.

It’s time for another round of UFL games this weekend. The UFL schedule in Week 3 kicks off with two teams holding onto first in their respective conferences.

The Birmingham Stallions continue to be the shining light in semi-pro football after taking down the Michigan Panthers on the road last week. Meanwhile, the San Antonio Brahmas survived to Memphis Showboats to remain undefeated. Who faces off in Week 3? Let’s take a look at the schedule for this weekend.

What UFL Games Are On Today?

The UFL Schedule for Week 3 begins in Arlington, Texas, as the Arlington Renegades host the D.C. Defenders. Then the Stallions look to keep rolling through the competition with the Showboats coming to town.

On Sunday, the Houston Roughnecks head to Ford Field to take on the Panthers. Finally, the St. Louis Battlehawks will travel to the Alamodome to try and slow down the undefeated Brahmas. When do the games kick off, and where can you watch them? Here’s a look at the Week 3 UFL Schedule.

    D.C. Defenders at Arlington Renegades

    • Date: Saturday, April 13, 2024
    • Start time: 1 p.m. ET
    • Channel: ESPN

The Defenders head to Choctaw Stadium fresh off a win and looking to get back over .500 against the Renegades. A rematch of the 2023 XFL Championship, Arlington isn’t looking quite the way they were last season.

    LIVE RESULTS: Defenders at Renegades

While Renegades QB Luis Perez is performing better than Defenders QB Jordan Ta’amu so far this season, both offenses have struggled to maintain momentum this season. The Defenders’ offensive playmakers have a different makeup, which hasn’t proved as potent as last year’s season leaders. Can D.C. take advantage of a Renegades team struggling even more?

    Memphis Showboats at Birmingham Stallions

    • Date: Saturday, April 13, 2024
    • Start time: 7 p.m. ET
    • Channel: Fox

The next game of the UFL’s schedule in Week 3 sees Birmingham finally return home after a two-week road trip to start the season. So far, the Stallions have continued their dominance over the competition with a 2-0 start to 2024. The two-QB tandem of Matt Corrall and Adrian Martinez continues to pay off for head coach Skip Holtz as their league-leading defense cruises.

Meanwhile, QB Case Cookus leads the UFL in total offense for the 1-1 Showboats. Cookus only has these numbers as he has to do everything for Memphis’ offense. Someone in the Showboats’ supporting staff needs to show up to take the pressure off Cookus if they want to take down the Stallions.

    Houston Roughnecks at Michigan Panthers

    • Date: Sunday, April 14, 2024
    • Start time: Noon ET
    • Channel: ABC

The UFL action kicks off at noon ET on Sunday when the Roughnecks head to Ford Field to take on the Panthers. The Roughnecks not only lost to the Defenders last week but also lost starting QB Jarrett Guarantano. Former Miami Dolphins QB Reid Sinnett stepped in and fell just short of a fourth-quarter comeback.

The Panthers also fell short in Week 2 to the Stallions; however, they kept it close all game. The defense has performed well the last two weeks, especially against the pass. Michigan does struggle against the run and could run into issues if Roughnecks RB Mark Thompson is good to go. Both teams face some early pressure due to early season losses — who will come out on top?

St. Louis Battlehawks at San Antonio Brahmas

    • Date: Sunday, April 14, 2024
    • Start time: 3 p.m. ET
    • Channel: ABC

The final game on the UFL schedule in Week 3 features the Battlehawks taking on the Brahmas at the Alamodome. San Antonio completed an incredible comeback in Week 2, scoring 20 points in the fourth quarter to beat the Battlehawks 20-19.

Brahmas QB Chase Garbers has had his ups and downs the first two weeks, but when he’s on, he’s been on. Garbers completed 29 of 40 passes for 287 yards, three touchdowns, and an interception in San Antonio’s incredible comeback. With just two starts under his belt, Garbers should continue to show improvement with more snaps.

The Battlehawks set a modern spring football record with 40,317 fans in attendance against the Renegades in Week 2. However, they will have a test going on the road against the Brahmas. While QB AJ McCarron has plenty of experience, San Antonio has a top-tier pass rush in the UFL. The Brahmas’ defense will be the difference in the winner of this one.
