With the NFL season still a couple of weeks away, there’s still some time to be passed. For many, they’re doing it through the new Madden NFL 25. Included in that group is Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill, who recently went viral for just how he did using himself.
Tyreek Hill’s Ankle Breaking on Madden NFL 25
The clip came on Saturday when Hill was live streaming to his “Cheetah” Twitch account. Hill was using the Dolphins while his opponent was using the Jacksonville Jaguars, who Miami will play in Week 1.
After Hill catches a pass with the in-game version of himself, he went on to juke the defender out multiple times on the way to a long touchdown.
The game dropped for fans to play on Friday, Aug. 16. However, those with early access were able to access the game on Tuesday, Aug. 13.
Hill is one of just five players to be given a 99 overall rating. The thing is, Hill also has 99 speed, 99 awareness, 98 change of direction, 97 ball carrier vision, 98 agility, and 98 juke move. Simply, he’s arguably the best player in the game.
Hill’s 99 rating is the best rating a Dolphins player has received since the game was first made.
On top of streaming himself play the game, Hill has even spoken in the past about using the game to scout cornerbacks he will face instead of watching film.
“I feel like Madden has a good tell of how good players are,” said Hill. “I just play Madden the night before, and I go look at all they ratings … I see what they awareness is, they speed is, and strength is, and that’s how I get a good tell on them.”
With Madden NFL 25 newly released, the game has been praised by some and slammed by others for problems many don’t believe will be fixed. ScreenRant, however, has given a review of the game.
“Though the game’s new features aren’t so major as to win over players who don’t already like Madden, they are certainly a treat for long-time series fans. At the very least, Madden NFL 25 has surpassed last year’s version,” said ScreenRant.
