Wide receiver Tyreek Hill left the Miami Dolphins’ game against the Carolina Panthers with some sort of lower body injury suffered in the third quarter. He returned soon after and immediately caught a pass from Tua Tagovailoa. Here is the latest information on how the injury happened.
Latest Tyreek Hill Injury Update
Hill tried to accelerate on a 47-yard catch and run midway through the third quarter before pulling up in clear distress. He ran out of bounds and then went straight to the bench for medical attention. Moments later, we walked to the locker room under the supervision of the team’s training staff.
The exact nature of Hill’s injury was not immediately known. The team confirmed minutes later that Hill exited with cramps and was listed as questionable to return.
