Colorado Buffaloes two-way star Travis Hunter’s relationship with Leanna Lenee grabbed headlines following the team’s 52-0 win over the Oklahoma State Cowboys. After the game, when Hunter tried to hug his fiancée, Lenee didn’t move, leaving fans to believe that something may be wrong with the couple.
However, Lenee cleared the speculation in her TikTok video, buffing all speculations surrounding their relationship.
Travis Hunter Shared Game-Day Pics of 2024 Season With Leanna Lenee
If fans still weren’t convinced, Hunter’s latest post on Instagram would put all those speculations to bed. On Saturday, Hunter posted a series of snaps in his game-day outfits alongside his fiancée, including four of the couple from various wins of Colorado’s winning 9-3 season.
Lenee, like usual all season, wore custom-themed outfits, cheering for the Buffaloes and her soon-to-be husband. Meanwhile, Hunter posed in a Colorado jersey straight after the game.
“Queen,” Hunter wrote in the caption.

Some fans quickly asked Hunter in the comments if anything was wrong with their relationship, in which he replied:
“Stop being so invested; she’s good.”
Lenee and Hunter’s 3 Rules of Their Relationship
On Friday night, Lenee shared a TikTok video doing her regular “Get Ready with Us” video. During the video, she mentioned about the alleged beef:
“Since you all think we beefed at a f—ing game.”
She then asked Hunter to explain three rules of their relationship:
“Rule No. 1: Always take it in private if we have a problem or something,” Hunter said.
Hilariously, Hunter said it was the only rule he remembered. To help him, Lenee revealed the other two rules.
“Second rule is, we don’t hug people of the opposite gender,” Lenee said.
“Rule No.3, no B-word,” Hunter then added.
The three rules here suggest the strong bond the couple shared between each other. Respect, mutual understanding, and no third person seem to be the pillars of their relationship.
Hunter and Lenee, who engaged earlier this year in February, are scheduled to tie the knot in May 2025, as the cornerback/wide receiver revealed in an interaction with his quarterback on the “2 Legendary with Shedeur Sanders” podcast last month.
