If you’re playing a Cleveland Browns vs. Baltimore Ravens DFS lineup for Sunday in Week 7, then you’ve come to the right place. We’ve analyzed each team’s highest-probability game scripts to assess the most likely outcomes, including which players are in line to thrive more than anticipated or fall short of expectations.
The following recommended fantasy football lineup (for tournaments, 50/50, or head-to-head competitions) aims to lock in a relatively high floor while maximizing upside.
Browns Considerations
Cleveland’s running game is on another level with Nick Chubb, while no Browns receiver has a more explosive upside than Amari Cooper. They are possible Cleveland anchors for this DFS slate. Much depends on how much value we can find elsewhere because, combined with Jackson and Andrews, we won’t have much money remaining.
So before committing to either, consider that Baltimore’s run defense has performed far better than its pass defense. In fact, only three defenses are averaging more WR fantasy points per game allowed.
While Jacoby Brissett remains a game manager, I’m betting he’ll need to play catch-up against the Ravens, who should rebound after last weekend’s dismal outing against the Giants. So that raises the question of whether Donovan Peoples-Jones and/or David Njoku are better values than Chubb and even Cooper.
Ravens Considerations
There’s enough chaos and near-certainty with Baltimore to write a separate article. Who can we rely on? Lamar Jackson and Mark Andrews. Certainly not automatic, of course, but if we can afford both, we should lean into both. They have strong 20+ point potential, and each has proven capable of cracking 30 points.
The wideouts are more complicated, especially with Rashod Bateman hobbled. It’s easy to forget that for all his Week 6 struggles, Devin Duvernay led all Baltimore WRs in targets against the Giants. It was the second straight time he’d done this. If his price drops compared to last week, we reach for him against a middling pass defense.

Every other receiver is an unquestioned flier, although Isaiah Likely and Demarcus Robinson are the most intriguing. Each has strong 4+ target potential. If we believe Jackson will throw multiple TD passes, then it’s reasonable to bet on one of these cheap receivers.
What about the backfield? J.K. Dobbins is officially out as of Friday, making Kenyan Drake a nice-upside option — as long as the DFS contest designers haven’t pumped up his price. And if Gus Edwards isn’t activated, Justice Hill could play an outsized role as the 1B back.
Top Browns vs. Ravens DFS Lineup
Today, we’re playing DraftKings “Showdown Captain Mode,” which includes one player who earns 1.5 times his scoring output, plus five Flex players.
The following NFL betting recommendations are based on proprietary PFN predictive analytics pulled from decades of NFL historical data. Using this data, I’ve built dozens of models showing actionable probabilities of better-than-expected and worse-than-expected outcomes.
Let’s roll with Baltimore’s favorite duo since Batman and Robin visited the Harbor to see the USS Constellation during a Phoenix-to-London layover. Jackson ($12,800 normally, $19,200 as Captain) belongs in our Captain slot with the ever-present Andrews (11,600) by his side.
I also like the cheap Likely ($2,600) and reliable Justin Tucker ($4,600). These cost savings free us to invest in Njoku ($6,200) and Peoples-Jones ($5,400).
You might be thinking, “What about Chubb and Cooper?” Well, they’d need to come up big to make them worthwhile. With Chubb not getting much work in the passing game, he’ll top out at roughly 11 points unless he scores. I’d rather roll the dice on two of Brissett’s three favorite receivers.
10/22/22 Update — If Edwards isn’t activated, then I would advise replacing Likely and Tucker with Drake ($7,400) and Hill ($200).
