Obviously, the answer at QB is Drake Maye. However, bringing in a veteran like Winston to work behind Maye and help develop him could be a great way to improve the QB room.
As with Winston, Tannehill could provide a solid backup option while mentoring Maye. Vrabel and Tannehill shared a number of successful years together in Tennessee.
This one is cheating a bit, since Hooper is already a New England Patriot. However, he is a free agent after the season. Vrabel should bring him back to give another weapon to Maye while also providing some stability.

Nick Westbrook-Ikhine put together a strong 2024 campaign. He took a big step forward from the production that he had showcased in past years. He ended up catching 32 passes for 497 yards and nine touchdowns this season in 17 games. The numbers as a whole aren't huge, but he was a massive red zone threat for Tennessee.
The Patriots rushing attack was terrible in 2024. Rhamondre Stephenson needs help or maybe competition. D'Onta Foreman could be that guy.
This one was easy. Hopkins is currently with the Chiefs on a one year deal, but there is no guarantee he will return. A reunion with Vrabel would give Drake Maye a legit WR1 option.
