The team was orchestrating the genius of Ben Johnson and Montgomery was a major benefactor, totaling 12 rushing TDs on the year in just 14 games. The MVP favorite was taking care of the football when dishing it out with his arm. But he was also electric at converting drives into scores with his legs, tallying 12 rushing TDs on the year. Not playing in the final game of the season will always be a question mark around Saquon Barkley going forward. However, the season he had was one for the record books, tallying 2,005 yards and becoming the ninth player in league history to cross the 2,000-yard mark. As him and Jalen Hurts split duties to drive the ball into the endzone, Barkley ended the year with 13 touchdowns on the ground. With the aerial game decimated by injuries, the Los Angeles Rams employed a run-heavy offense for a chunk of the season. It gave their offense a different dynamic and allowed Kyren Williams to thrive, en route to cashing in 14 rushing touchdowns on the year. Finally, we got to see the college version of Bijan Robinson as the RB had a career year for the Atlanta Falcons as the QB production was far from ideal. He coupled a near 1,500-yard rushing season with an equally dangerous conversion rate in the endzone as he ended the year with 14 rushing touchdowns. The highest quarterback on the list, Jalen Hurts was lethal in the redzone, especially with his legs. Despite essentially missing three full games, he was able to rack up 14 rushing TDs on the season. In Year 1 with the Green Bay Packers, Josh Jacobs instantly became a fan favorite. He was ever reliable with the ball and complimented Jordan Love's passing game with a running game that netted him 15 rushing touchdowns on the year. Coming into the year, no one anticipated the impact James Cook would have for the Buffalo Bills. As Josh Allen found a true running mate, Cook totaled over 1,000 yards on the year and was especially deadly in the endzone, cashing in on 16 rushing touchdowns. Lamar Jackson may be getting the MVP hype but Derrick Henry has been critical to the Baltimore Ravens' success this season. His ability to break a game upon, alongside elite endzone efficiency, allowed him to compliment Jackson and rack up 16 rushing touchdowns on the year. A historic year for Jahmyr Gibbs saw him break the franchise record for TDs in a season. Whether on the ground or while running a route, he was invaluable to the Ben Johnson system. He thrived under it and cashed in 16 rushing touchdowns himself.
