Former Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow is expecting his first child with his wife, Demi-Leigh, and recently shared an adorable gender reveal video. The couple decided to find out the gender through painting before sharing their guesses.
Tebow guessed it would be a girl, while the 2017 Miss Universe guessed the same but admitted that she would be happy with either. So, what was it then?

Is Tim Tebow Becoming The Father Of a Girl or Boy?
After sharing their guesses, the video shared by the couple turns black and white as they paint on the canvas. After filling the canvas with colors, the video turns back to color and the couple jump in celebrations as their guesses come true.
“Baby Tebow is a…GIRL! 🎀🩷🕊️,” Demi-Leigh and Tebow wrote in their joint caption. “Our greatest blessing. We’ve been praying for her long before we knew her, and we’re beyond grateful that God chose us to be her parents. We can’t wait to meet you, baby girl! 🥹.”
“To create a meaningful piece of art for the nursery, we decided to find out the gender through painting! We chose two Bible verses—one for a boy and one for a girl—to add to the canvas once it was complete,” they shared.
“Now, let’s get this nursery in order! Bring on the pink bows, ruffles, and all things sweet. 🥰.”

The couple met at Tebow’s annual charity event, Night to Shine, in 2018, and instantly clicked with the former NFL player claiming he had an idea in their first interaction only that “she was a very special person.” They tied the knot following two years of dating in January 2020, and are now expecting their first child, a baby girl, later this year.
Tebow said he was “honored for the privilege of getting the responsibility and the joy of being mom and dad,” while the former Miss South Africa title holder highlighted she couldn’t have picked a better person to become parents with.
“We are just so excited and so over the moon to be having a baby together,” Demi-Leigh told PEOPLE while announcing their pregnancy in January 2025
“I’m so grateful because I just couldn’t imagine a better life partner to do life with first and foremost,” she added. “To be able to raise a little tiny human being together. I’m so grateful that Tim is my husband… that we get to do parenting together.”
She was 16 weeks pregnant at the time of her interview with the People, so Tebow’s baby girl should arrive in the summer.
