Throughout his NCAA and NFL playing days, quarterback Tim Tebow became a fan favorite. After leading the Florida Gators to two national championships and winning the Heisman Trophy, Tebow was the No. 25 overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft.
Tebow suited up for the Denver Broncos and New York Jets, plus he had training camp stints with the New England Patriots, Philadelphia Eagles, and Jacksonville Jaguars.
In his post-playing career, Tebow has transitioned to broadcasting. He’s a popular analyst at ESPN, and he has also gotten several hosting gigs for TV shows such as “Home Free” and “Million Dollar Mile.” Where does Tebow live now, and what does his house look like?
Where Does Tim Tebow Live?
Tim Tebow grew up in Jacksonville, so it’s no surprise that he moved back there once his NFL playing days came to an end.
Tebow has lived in Jacksonville with his wife, Demi-Leigh, since 2014.
Tebow’s parents met while attending the University of Florida, and they still live in the Sunshine State, so he isn’t too far from his family.
The family actually owns a 44-acre farm that’s west of Jacksonville, which is where Tebow grew up. It’s also where Tebow proposed to Demi-Leigh, who won Miss Universe 2017.
Tebow also has four siblings — two sisters and two brothers — and it’s believed that some of his siblings still live in Florida as well.
Tebow is known for being a family man, so it makes sense that he would want to settle down in his hometown near his relatives and childhood home.
Inside Tebow’s Jacksonville Mansion
Back in 2019, Tebow purchased a $3 million two-story mansion in the Glen Kernan Golf and Country Club gated community.
The home has five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms.
Tebow actually bought the house for $500,000 below its asking price, and it would likely sell for significantly more today, so it ended up being a great investment.
The home, which was built in 2016, is 8,300 square feet and on 1.49 acres of land. The house features a 120-bottle wine room, home theater, salt-water pool, five-car garage, game room with a full bar, and two kitchen islands for seating.
Outside, there is a pool and a large veranda with a view of the lake and golf course, plus a fire pit and covered spaces for eating and lounging.
This is actually the second home that Tebow has owned in the Glen Kernan Golf and Country Club, so Tebow clearly fell in love with the gated community.
Back in 2014, he purchased a 6,500-square-foot home on 0.73 acres. The house has five bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, and he paid $1.4 million for it.
He ended up selling the home for the same price in 2020, but he decided to stay in the same neighborhood.
