Who Plays on Thursday Night Football Tonight?
- Teams: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-3) at Buffalo Bills (4-3)
- Location: Highmark Stadium, Orchard Park, New York
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will travel to Highmark Stadium to take on AFC opponent Buffalo Bills. The Buccaneers are fresh off a tough loss to the division-rival Atlanta Falcons and currently find themselves a half-game behind the Falcons in the NFC South standings. They head to upstate New York to face a tough Bills team that is desperate for a win themselves.
The Bucs’ schedule lightens up a bit after Thursday night, with matchups against the Houston Texans and Tennesee Titans coming up next. However, they need to get back on track this week with an equally win-hungry Bills team.

Buffalo is also coming off a tough loss, but their loss is one that is truly perplexing. They saw the lowly New England Patriots get their second win of the season against them in Week 7. The Bills during QB Josh Allen’s time have always been a quality team with a dynamic offense, but Allen has been turning the ball over a ton, and the team has not been able to overcome it as of late.
The Bills find themselves looking up at the Miami Dolphins in the standings, and as they sit 4-3 on the year, things need to change quickly if they are going to compete for an AFC conference title. With the Kansas City Chiefs continuing to be their dominant selves and the Baltimore Ravens proving they’re no joke as well, Buffalo needs to make up ground quickly.
