Taylor Swift Doesn’t Stop From Celebrating Travis Kelce’s Record-Breaking Touchdown

In the fourth quarter, Patrick Mahomes connected with Kelce to score a touchdown and put the Kansas City Chiefs further in the lead. With this touchdown, the 35-year-old became the player with the most receiving TDs in franchise history.

This season, Swift has been sticking to attending the Chiefs’ home games due to security concerns. Hence, she wasn’t there to celebrate this accomplishment with Kelce in Pittsburgh. However, she did take to her Instagram to show off her celebratory mood.

One user on X (formerly Twitter) posted screenshots of Swift liking several posts regarding Kelce taking over the throne from Gonzalez.

With the win over the Steelers, the Chiefs have grabbed the No. 1 seed for the playoffs. However, their last game in the regular season is in the backyard of the Denver Broncos, and Swift will not be expected to attend it.

Tony Gonzalez Lauds Kelce After His Record Gets Broken

Gonzalez played for the Chiefs from 1997 to 2008, and his record of 76 TDs seemed unreachable.

However, during the broadcast on Prime, Gonzalez revealed that he has always had faith in Kelce since the Ohio-born player joined the squad in 2013.

“I am so happy for him. He is one of the best tight ends to ever do it on [and] off the field,” he said. “I’ve been following him since he was a rookie, and I’m not surprised by it. He is one of the greatest tight ends of all time.”

Kelce has paid his respects to Gonzalez on numerous occasions. Even after breaking his record, he paid homage to Gonzalez by emulating his celebration style in the end zone.
