As some fans may already know, Taylor Swift is very close to Patrick and Brittany Mahomes. They have become close friends since Swift started dating Travis Kelce.
They are so close that Swift did something special to congratulate them on the birth of their new baby girl, Golden Raye.
What Was Taylor Swift’s Gift?
Reports by Page Six said that Swift gave the Mahomes family a homemade baby blanket for their brand-new daughter.
An insider told Page Six, “Taylor is so looking forward to meeting Brittany and Patrick’s baby girl and she couldn’t be more thrilled for her friends.”
“Taylor’s aunt knitted her a baby blanket when she was a child so it’s always had a special meaning for her and something she wanted to do for her friends,” the source says.
This is not the first time Swift has done this. She gave Chariah Gordon and her fiancée, Mecole Hardman Jr., the same gift when they welcomed their baby last year.

Now, it’s becoming a tradition, and the source added that Swift considers these gifts to be from her heart.
Brittany Mahomes Supports Husband After Giving Birth
Following the 2024 regular season, the couple announced the birth of their third child, Golden Raye, and posted the announcement on social media.
After the Kansas City Chiefs clinched the No. 1 seed in the AFC, Mahomes had mentioned that he hoped his wife would have the baby during their bye week. Luckily for Mahomes, his plan worked out.
“I told my pregnant wife I was gonna get the No. 1 seed so we can go have that baby,” he said in December 2024.
“Brittany says I’ve been stressing her out too much this season,” he shared. “So, I gotta try not to put so much stress on her through these football games — and get the bye.”
He added, “Hopefully, God works the right way, and we can have that baby on the bye week somewhere. Then, everything will work out perfectly.”
Mahomes mentioned that his wife was the real MVP for all the support she has shown him throughout her pregnancy.
He also said, via Us Weekly, “She’ll go in [to the playoffs], and she’ll crush it. We’ll have three babies, and I can take a break for a long time and just focus on playing football and raising those babies.”
It might be a while, however, before he can do that.
