Did Taylor Swift Attend the Chiefs vs. Bills Game in Week 11?

The NFL‘s Game of the Week featured the Kansas City Chiefs traveling to face the Buffalo Bills in a rematch of last year’s Divisional Round matchup. The contest lived up to the hype, as the Bills handed the Chiefs their first loss of the 2024 season, and the game came down to the final possession. However, many wondered whether Taylor Swift was in attendance.

Did Taylor Swift Attend Week 11’s Chiefs-Bills Game?

No, Swift did not attend the contest at Highmark Stadium. Prior to the contest, there were conflicting reports about her plans.

CBS Sports’ Jonathan Jones reported that Swift was “expected to attend” the Chiefs-Bills contest, pointing out that she had three shows in nearby Toronto but has Sunday off.

However, broadcaster Adam Lefkoe, who is close with the Kelce family, hinted that Swift wasn’t going to attend the contest. During an appearance on “Up & Adams,” Lefkoe mentioned that Swift and the Kelces were shocked by the reception they received in Buffalo, N.Y., during last year’s playoff game.

“I have heard from people very close [to the Kelces] that it was not a great experience in Buffalo. It was not — for all parties involved. And I’m talking about the most famous of all the parties,” Lefkoe explained. “I think that it kind of shocked the Kelce family and everyone related to the Kelce family the reception they got.”

Lefkoe said they were expecting “an amazing game with good energy,” but instead, “they experienced Bills Mafia in full form” and “complete ruthlessness.”

“I think they left and went, ‘I don’t know if I want to experience that again,'” Lefkoe said, hinting that Swift might not attend today’s game in Buffalo.

It’s worth noting that Swift has yet to attend a road game this season. Is it possible her bad experience in Buffalo has prompted her to only attend Chiefs home games this season, or is that a coincidence due to her busy schedule?

After the Chiefs defeated the Bills in the Divisional Round of last year’s playoffs, Swift attended the AFC Championship Game in Baltimore and the Super Bowl in Las Vegas, but she hasn’t ventured outside of Arrowhead Stadium during the 2024 season.

You might recall that this was the game when Jason Kelce was shirtless and interacting with fans. Lefkoe described this as Kelce getting the last laugh after hours of being cursed out and treated poorly by Buffalo fans.

Lefkoe pointed out that the Bills fans were doing “their job” by making the opposing fans uncomfortable but hinted that they may have crossed the line: “You don’t have to be mean or hurt people. Don’t do that.”

Kelce’s Ex-Girlfriend Blames Swift for Rift With Chiefs Players’ Wives

Before dating Swift, Kelce and media personality Kayla Nicole were involved in an on-and-off relationship that lasted five years, from 2017 to 2022.

During the five years that Kelce and Nicole dated, she cultivated relationships with several of the Chiefs players’ wives and girlfriends.

Marca reported that a source close to Nicole revealed that “Swift’s presence has shifted dynamics within the Chiefs’ wives and girlfriends group, resulting in her feeling distanced from her once-close friends.”

“We are not as cool as we once were,” Nicole said of her friends within the Chiefs in a recent interview with Radar Online.

She highlighted similar concerns on WNBA star Angel Reese’s podcast last month, for which she received a ton of flak.

Nicole also appeared to call out Swift’s fans during her appearance on Reese’s podcast.

“You can go to my most recent post and there will be people debating each other why I’m worthless and I’ll never be a talented person and I have no career,” Nicole said.
