Sunday Night Football features two AFC playoff teams who look to be in the mix for the AFC crown when it is all said and done. The Cincinnati Bengals are hosting the Buffalo Bills with playoff implications on the line. These two teams have history, and it promises to be one of the better Sunday Night Football matchups we get all year.

Who is playing tonight, what time does the game start, and how can you watch it?

Who Plays on Sunday Night Football Tonight?

The Bills will travel to Cincinnati as they look to get their second win in a row after beating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last week. The Bills are a well-respected team that looks to be a factor deep into the AFC playoff race this season. But through eight games, they haven’t looked dominant at times this year.

They currently sit at 5-3 and are looking up at the Miami Dolphins in the AFC East race. Quarterback Josh Allen is dealing with a shoulder injury that is worth monitoring, and beyond that, he has been careless with the football at times this season as well. Allen has thrown eight interceptions, putting him just one behind now-benched Jimmy Garoppolo for the lead league in that category.

A good performance Sunday night versus a good Bengals team will go a long way in restoring the faith of an admittedly talented Bills team that has seemed to underachieve at times this year.

On the Bengals’ side of things, they look like a team that is coming into their stride right now. Winners of three in a row — including wins against the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers — the Bengals have another chance on Sunday night to continue their hot streak and leave no doubt that they should be talked about with the best in the conference.

Joe Burrow looks as if he is improving every week since his training camp calf injury, and as long as he is healthy the Bengals will always be in the mix for the division and conference crowns.
