What Did Shedeur Sanders Reveal About His Offseason Preparation?

On the latest episode of his podcast, the highly touted recruit was seen enjoying some luxurious landscapes while talking with his brother. Sanders explained how he was working on the mental side of his game right now while living in what appeared to be a luxurious water-view room.

“I’m working on the mental relaxation right now bro,” he explained in response to a question. He added that he didn’t know when he would be returning from his vacation, but after the season he had, it is hard to argue that he doesn’t deserve the rest.

    Shedeur Sanders 2025 Future Outlook

As previously highlighted, many analysts and draft experts believe that Sanders is destined to be one of the top picks in next April’s NFL draft. This sentiment is shared in Pro Football Network’s recent 2025 NFL Mock Draft, which has Sanders being selected No. 1 overall by the New York Giants.

“The Giants have created a massive quarterback crisis. The worst thing? Most saw it coming. This means that they will have to take a swing at the market this offseason, whether by paying a free agent or using the No. 1 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

They draft Shedeur Sanders, who has transferable skills and can start as a rookie. The Colorado quarterback has excellent pocket control and impressive throws on the move and also possesses the processing, mechanics, and field vision to have an impact in Year 1.”

While the win last week against the Indianapolis Colts has negatively impacted their chances of holding the first overall pick, there is no doubt that Sanders and the Giants could be a strong match for one another.

The Giants are desperately in need of quarterback help, however also have young offensive stars that could make the job an interesting one for a rookie quarterback. The offense currently features young stars in running back Tyrone Tracy Jr. and wide receiver Malik Nabers, both of whom have shown promise and dynamic play this year.

While it remains to be definitively seen where Sanders will be drafted next year, it is evident from his video that he is enjoying his time off and mentally preparing for the upcoming NFL draft process.
