Future Hall of Fame head coach Bill Belichick was going viral again this week for, you guessed it, a picture of himself with his girlfriend Jordon Hudson. The picture in question was one depicting the two in an impressive yoga pose on the beach in Florida.
When Stephen A. Smith and Shannon Sharpe were asked for their opinions on the photo during an episode of “First Take,” hilarity ensued.

Bill Belichick’s Girlfriend Posts Photos of Couple’s Spring Break in Florida
As he looks ahead to a first season as the new head coach of the North Carolina Tar Heels, Belichick has taken some time out with his girlfriend in Florida. The pair are no strangers to having their pictures together go viral, with several pictures gaining widespread attention since the pair were revealed to be dating in 2024.
The latest pictures to do the rounds online were photos that Hudson posted to her Instagram, of the couple doing yoga on the beach.
Hudson also posted photos of the pair’s visit to the Flagler Museum in Palm Beach, but it was the photos on the beach that got people talking.
Stephen A. Smith and Shannon Sharpe React to Picture of Belichick
When host Molly Qerim pointed out the exceptional physical strength that Belichick was displaying in the picture, Smith and Sharpe were in emphatic agreement. At 73 years old, the fact that the six-time Super Bowl-winning coach could pull off such a physically demanding exercise was something the outspoken pair found incredibly impressive.
“Whatever he on, keep taking it” laughed Smith, who continued “he on something though.”
Smith found Belichick’s physical capabilities so impressive, in fact, he joked that the legendary New England Patriots coach should quit coaching to bring out his own line of supplements.

Shannon Sharpe: "At 73, if you see me with my legs up like that, call the paramedics." pic.twitter.com/nj4SfLDqWv

The laughter was taken to another level after Sharpe suggested that if he were to ever be in that position, at Belichick’s age, he would need medical assistance.
“At 73, you see me with my legs up like that, call the paramedics.”
Qerim was then forced to end the segment herself as the rest of the cast was hysterical with laughter. Smith and Sharpe can be difficult to contain in the best of times, but this particular topic was a runaway train from the beginning. While the atmosphere on the show was one of laughter, the host was no doubt thankful to move on to another subject.
Belichick’s attention will now be firmly back on North Carolina, with his first game at home against TCU on Sept. 1.
