McVay earned his first and only head coaching job with the Rams in 2017, becoming the youngest head coach in NFL history. Just a couple of years later, Khomyn announced that the two were engaged.
“The man of my dreams, my best friend and the love of my life asked me to marry him. And I said YES!!! to being his McBae forever. Here’s to our life together!” Khomyn posted on Instagram.
The couple got engaged in France in 2019, and then the power couple said their vows in a Beverly Hills wedding in June 2022.
That was a huge year for McVay, as it was also when he won his first Super Bowl ring, leading the Rams to a 23-30 win over the Cincinnati Bengals in Super Bowl LVI.
McVay and Khomyn have a son named Jordan John McVay, whom they welcomed on October 24, 2023. Jordan’s middle name is John to honor McVay’s grandfather: John McVay, who was a San Francisco 49ers executive. Jordan’s original due date was on the one-year anniversary of John’s passing, which McVay saw as a “pretty special” sign.
