Saquon Barkley and the Philadelphia Eagles are just days away from their Super Bowl 59 showdown against the Kansas City Chiefs. Being the Eagles’ running back, Barkley is locked in for the game.
He’s been the focal point of defensive schemes all season, and apart from the Eagles faithful, the 27-year-old running back has found the biggest supporter in his daughter Jada, who had an incredible pep talk ahead of the big game.

In a voicemail, Jada, Saquon’s six-year-old daughter, sent her dad a message filled with love and encouragement. “Hi Daddy, it’s J. Good luck for your big game! Yeah! Fly, fly!” she began enthusiastically.
But she didn’t stop there. Jada reassured the Eagles RB that, no matter the outcome of the Super Bowl, his family would always be proud of him. “I really, really, really hope you win. But if you don’t, that’s OK. I’ll always, always love you,” she said.
The touching message went viral over social media, with Eagles fans rallying behind Barkley and his biggest supporter.
The New York native, who signed with the Eagles after a six-year stint with the Giants, has always been vocal about how fatherhood changed his outlook on life.
“Obviously I do it for myself because I love the game, I love competing and I want to go down as one of the best [in NFL history], but I go out there and sacrifice my body every single day for my daughter,” he once shared in an interview.
Barkley has often credited his daughter as his biggest inspiration. “She is my world. I’m going to give her the world. I’m going to make sure she never has any worries in life, but I’m also going to show her that you have to work for everything in your life. I want to be the best role model and father I can be in her life,” he added.
Barkley, who rushed for over 2,000 yards and 13 touchdowns this season, has been a game-changer for Philadelphia. According to PFSN’s Playoff Predictor, the Eagles enter the matchup with a 52.8% chance of defeating the Chiefs as they aim to avenge their Super Bowl 57 loss.
Meanwhile, Kansas City, led by Patrick Mahomes, is attempting to make history as the first team to win three consecutive Super Bowls. Mahomes has been lethal in the postseason, averaging 5.4 rushing attempts for 29.1 yards per game — something the Eagles’ defense will have to account for.
Regardless of what happens on Super Bowl Sunday, one thing is certain: Jada’s words have already made her father a winner in the hearts of Eagles fans.
