Does Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley have any children? Let's take a look at his family.

Entering the 2024 NFL season, all eyes will be on Saquon Barkley as he starts the next chapter of his career with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Barkley made headlines over the offseason when he left the New York Giants and opted to sign a three-year deal with their NFC East rival.

While this move was a surprise, Barkley had to do what is best for himself and his family. Let’s take a closer look at Barkley’s family, including how many children he has.

Does Saquon Barkley Have Any Kids?

Barkley has two children with his long-time girlfriend, Anna Congdon.

The couple became parents in 2018 when their daughter, Jada Clare, was born. Then, they had a second child in 2022 — a son, Saquon Jr.

Barkley and Congdon have been together since at least 2016, as they met while attending Penn State.

Barkley was featured on the show “Hey Rookie, Welcome To The NFL” shortly after Jada was born, so viewers got to follow him behind the scenes as he embraced fatherhood.

“I’m just honored and blessed that I have a daughter in Jada and be able to enter fatherhood, and I always gotta try to set the standard for her because her image of a man is gonna be off of me,” Barkley said on the show.

Barkley has talked about how fatherhood has changed him.

“I have to do everything to represent her and try to set an example for her — from the good things I do and the mistakes I make in my life that she can learn from,” he said in 2018.

When Saquon Jr. was born, Barkley was very excited to have a son.

“[He’s] a beautiful baby. He lights up the room. Amazing smile,” Barkley said of his son. “Jada is being an amazing big sister. Anna, obviously, is an amazing mom. We’ve got a beautiful little family.”

One of the main reasons Barkley returned to college and finished his degree at Penn State in 2022 was to be a role model for his children.

“I also thought it would be good to get my degree to set an example for my siblings and my family. I want my kids to be goal setters, and whatever they want to accomplish, they can do it if they put their mind to it,” Barkley explained. “I would love for them to one day say, ‘I want to accomplish this and actually see it come to fruition.'”

Right after Barkley signed with the Eagles, he shared a funny story. Jada’s first question after learning about her father’s change of scenery was, “Does that mean we’re going to win now?”

It didn’t take long for the two children to become Eagles fans.

Recently, Jada was spotted singing “Fly Eagles Fly” while playing with her father at the team’s facility.

It certainly seems like Barkley is a great father, and there’s no question that he and Anna have a beautiful family.
