As we inch toward the new season, the ever-changing NFL landscape has player fantasy values constantly on the move. Whether you’re used to the dynasty platform or are still learning the dynasty rules, let’s dive into the latest dynasty fantasy football value of WR Romeo Doubs.
Romeo Doubs’ Dynasty Outlook and Value
For the first half of the 2022 season, the Green Bay Packers’ later-drafted rookie wide receiver looked like the superior fantasy asset to second-rounder Christian Watson. The Packers drafted Doubs in the fourth round, but it didn’t take him long to find himself in a starter’s role.
As early as Week 3, Doubs played 89% of the snaps and posted a WR1 week, scoring 21.3 fantasy points. He followed that up with another solid 13.7-point effort and looked poised to be a fantasy contributor for the remainder of the season.
Unfortunately, Doubs would only have one more fantasy-relevant game for the rest of the year (Week 8). Then, the week after, he suffered a high ankle sprain and missed the next six weeks.
Upon his return in Week 15, Doubs did not come back to an every-down role, as he averaged a sub-50% snap share over the final month of the season. As a rookie, Doubs fell short of the 500-yard threshold we look for. He averaged a mere 7.8 ppg, producing just three fantasy-relevant weeks all season.
Romeo Doubs’ Fantasy Ranking
Doubs has the same quarterback concerns as Watson. How will he mesh with Jordan Love? Is Love the answer? If not, who will the quarterback be come 2024 and beyond?
But Doubs has an additional concern that Watson does not have — his draft capital. As a Day 3 pick, Doubs won’t have the same opportunities as Watson. He’ll be given a shorter leash and less room for error.

I do think Doubs will go on to have a lengthy career. I’m just not sure that he’ll consistently be fantasy relevant. He profiles more as an NFL WR3/4 than a weekly starter.
We currently have Doubs at WR58 (No. 148 overall) in our dynasty Superflex rankings. He’s not someone I’m overly excited about and would not be targeting him in dynasty startup drafts.
