The Baltimore Ravens’ latest addition to the wide receiver room, DeAndre Hopkins, has spent the past 12 seasons building a career worthy of Hall of Fame consideration. The star wideout is a three-time All-Pro selection and has been named to five Pro Bowls during stints with Houston, Arizona, and Tennessee.
While with the Arizona Cardinals in 2020, Hopkins envisioned playing alongside Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry on the same team. At the time, all three were on different teams, but on Day 2 of 2025 NFL free agency, Hopkins’ vision became reality.

DeAndre Hopkins’ Viral Lamar Jackson, Derrick Henry Manifestation Comes True
Hopkins posted a photo of Jackson and Henry together in 2020 and asked how many touchdowns the trio would score on the same team.
“How many TD’s would this trio total?” he wrote on X (then Twitter).

While no one had the answer back then, we’re about to find out as Hopkins arrives in Baltimore on a one-year, $6 million deal.
He started the 2024 season with the Tennessee Titans and had a slow start, totaling 15 receptions and one touchdown through the first six games before being traded to the Kansas City Chiefs. Hopkins finished the season with 56 receptions, 610 yards, and five touchdowns between Kansas City and Tennessee.
The 12-year vet finally made a Super Bowl run with the Chiefs, adding three catches for 29 yards and a touchdown in the postseason. Kansas City fell short in Super Bowl 59, but Hopkins is now set to join Jackson and Henry to form a new trio in Baltimore, another AFC contender eager to win a championship.
While Jackson has been with the Ravens since being drafted in 2018, Henry was Baltimore’s biggest addition last offseason. He added a new element to Baltimore’s potent rushing attack, totaling 1,921 yards and 16 touchdowns. The team led the NFL in rushing with 3,189 yards and was dominant on the ground all season.
Meanwhile, Jackson spread the ball well to his receiving options, with five players recording 42 or more receptions in 2024. Zay Flowers was the team’s leading receiver, hauling in 74 receptions for 1,059 yards and four touchdowns. Rashod Bateman added 756 yards and nine scores, and Mark Andrews led the tight end group with 673 yards and 11 touchdowns.
It will be interesting to see how the Ravens fit Hopkins into the lineup, with Flowers and Bateman both producing better than the 12-year vet last season. Still, Hopkins isn’t expected to be the No. 1 receiver like he was in his prime. Instead, he provides Baltimore with a veteran presence in the locker room to help them get over the hump.
