Las Vegas Raiders at Kansas City Chiefs Inactives
Note that the full inactive list is released by teams 90 minutes before kickoff. This list will be updated at that time.
Las Vegas Raiders Week 13 Injury Report
Jakorian Bennett, CB
Bennett (shoulder) was placed on injured reserve by the Raiders on Thursday. The cornerback got injured two snaps into Las Vegas’ Week 11 loss to Miami, missed the team’s Week 12 defeat to Denver and had already been ruled out for Friday’s matchup with Kansas City. Bennett has 26 tackles (15 solo) and eight pass breakups this season. Rookie Decamerion Richardson should see more snaps in his absence.
Alexander Mattison, RB
Alexander Mattison never practiced last week and missed Sunday’s game after going down with an ankle injury in Week 11.
This week, he was limited for every practice, a positive sign and an upgrade over his participation from last week. Still, Mattison is only considered questionable for Friday’s game vs. the Chiefs.
Fellow Raiders RB Zamir White (quad) also missed Week 12, leaving veteran Ameer Abdullah as the club’s top running back vs. the Broncos.
White didn’t practice this week and will not play in Week 13. With White sidelined, Abdullah could retain some standalone value — especially as a pass catcher — even if Mattison returns.
Gardner Minshew II, QB
Minshew (collarbone) was placed on injured reserve Thursday. The move was a foregone conclusion, as Minshew broke his left collarbone last Sunday against Denver and had already been ruled out for the rest of the season.
Second-year quarterback Aidan O’Connell was activated from IR in a corresponding transaction and is set to start against Kansas City on Friday. Desmond Ridder will continue serving as Las Vegas’ backup QB.
Zamir White, RB
White (quadriceps) has been ruled out for Friday’s game against the Chiefs.
Meanwhile, the Raiders list Alexander Mattison (ankle) as questionable for the contest, and have elevated RB Sincere McCormick from their practice squad ahead of Week 13 action to join a backfield that also includes Ameer Abdullah and Dylan Laube. White’s next chance to see game action will occur Dec. 8, when Las Vegas faces the Buccaneers.

Kansas City Chiefs Week 13 Injury Report
Kareem Hunt, RB
Kareem Hunt (toe) is fully practicing this week and will play on Black Friday. However, he may no longer be the Kansas City Chiefs’ unquestioned starting running back.
Cam Jones, LB
Jones (illness) has been deemed questionable to suit up in Friday’s Week 13 matchup against the Raiders.
Jones has been dealing with an illness and was held out of the first two practices this week. However, he was estimated as a full participant during Thursday’s walkthrough, which bodes well for his chance of playing Friday. Jones has been a fixture on special teams this season but has yet to play a defensive snap through 11 contests.
Isiah Pacheco, RB
Hunt will face competition from Isiah Pacheco, who fully practiced all week and has no injury destination for Week 13. Head coach Andy Reid said Pacheco will play this week, provided he had no setbacks.
Pacheco has been on IR since fracturing his fibula in Week 2. He’s been practicing for two weeks but was limited in every session until Tuesday. Now that he’s fully participating, Pacheco has never been closer to a potential return.
It remains to be seen how K.C. will divide touches between Pacheco and Hunt once the former returns. Hunt has finished as a top-25 fantasy RB or better in four of seven games.
“We’ll find a way. Both of them are good players,” head coach Andy Reid recently said of the Pacheco-Hunt split. “We’ll find a way to get both of them in if and when that takes place. That’s a good problem to have.”
Spencer Shrader, K
Shrader (hamstring) has been ruled out for Friday’s Week 13 matchup against Las Vegas.
Shrader wasn’t able to practice at all this week due to a hamstring injury that occurred during a private workout Monday. The rookie took over kicking duties from the injured Harrison Butker (knee) for Kansas City in Week 11 and converted all three of his field-goal tries and all six of his extra-point attempts over two contests.
With Shrader ruled out Friday, Kansas City elevated Matthew Wright from its practice squad to kick against the Raiders.
JuJu Smith-Schuster, WR
JuJu Smith-Schuster is fully practicing and will play this week, but he’s notably dealing with a new injury. The Chiefs WR is now battling a hip injury after previously missing three games with a hamstring issue. Smith-Schuster has caught just two passes since returning in Week 11.
