    2023 Pro Bowl Events Schedule

One of the best parts of the Pro Bowl is getting to see the game’s greatest stars facing off and having fun in a more light-hearted competitive environment. And this year’s Pro Bowl Games has no lack of fun. From dodgeball to golf to flag football, we’ll get to see the NFL’s top players duking it out in a variety of competitions.

    Thursday, Feb. 2

Thursday’s events include many of the Pro Bowl Games’ new skills competitions. They will take place from 7 p.m. ET – 8:30 p.m. ET.

    Epic Pro Bowl Dodgeball

The AFC and NFC will take part in a multi-round dodgeball tournament. Traditional dodgeball rules apply. In the two rounds, each conference’s own offense will play its own defense. In the third and final round, the two winners from the previous rounds will face off to determine the winner.

    Lightning Round

This three-part competition involves a trio of separate mini-games titled “Splash Catch,” “High Stakes,” and “Thrill of the Spill.” In Splash Catch, teammates toss water balloons to each other from increasingly long distances. In High Stakes, players catch punts from a JUGS machine to advance to round three, Thrill of the Spill, in which players aim at targets attached to buckets of water that will pour out onto the opposing team’s coach.

    Longest Drive

Your classic driving range golf competition. Longest drive wins, as the name insinuates.

Precision Passing presented by EA SPORTS Madden NFL 23 Mobile

This is one of the more familiar Pro Bowl competitions. Quarterbacks from each conference will put their accuracy skills to the test in an effort to hit as many targets as possible.

Best Catch presented by Uber Eats (first round)

This pre-recorded event will display players making highlight-reel catches from around Las Vegas. Fans will vote on their favorites and send those players to the final round, which will be played live on Sunday.

    Sunday, Feb. 5

Sunday’s events will be held from 3 p.m. ET – 6 p.m. ET. They include more skills competitions and the 2023 Pro Bowl’s marquee event, a 7-on-7 flag football competition.

Best Catch presented by Uber Eats (finale)

The top vote-getters from Thursday’s competition will compete live in front of a panel of celebrity judges in a display of acrobatic receiving prowess.

    Gridiron Gauntlet

This alliterative-sounding event is your classic relay race. Players from each team will compete to finish an obstacle course before the opposition, with a variety of speed and strength-related barriers in their way.

    Kick Tac Toe

Kickers, punters, and long snappers are people too! Here’s where they come in. The special-teams stars will play a board game we all know and love — with a twist. Marking the board requires incredible “feats” of accuracy (get it?).

    Move The Chains

Expect plenty of linemen in this one. This contest requires pulling weighted walls as fast as possible over a 10-yard distance to get a first down before the opposing team.

    7-on-7 Flag Football

In the Pro Bowl’s big event, seven players from each conference will compete in a flag football game, coached by Peyton Manning (head coach), Ray Lewis (defensive coordinator), and Diana Flores (offensive coordinator) on the AFC side and Eli Manning (head coach), DeMarcus Ware (defensive coordinator), and Vanita Krouch (offensive coordinator) on the NFC side.
