Looking back, the 2024 NFL Draft QB class looks potentially special. Even before those players hit the field at the NFL level, that much is clear. Caleb Williams was seen by some as a potentially generational prospect, and Drake Maye and Jayden Daniels weren’t too far behind.
Beyond those three, Michael Penix Jr., J.J. McCarthy, and Bo Nix all went within the first 12 picks. All three will have a chance to carve out roles at the professional level.
The 2024 NFL Draft QB class was strong. And at first glance, we could experience a slight step downward in quality with the 2025 quarterback class. But there is potential energy present, and the 2025 NFL Draft QB group could go on to exceed expectations.
