It surely doesn’t hurt that the team has had plenty of success since his arrival.

    How Long Has Sirianni Been Philadelphia’s Head Coach?

    Sirianni was hired to be the Eagles’ head coach on Jan. 24, 2021. However, Sirianni’s coaching career began in 2004 at the University of Mount Union as a defensive backs coach. He quickly made the switch to the offensive side of the ball and rose up the ranks in the NFL.

    Sirianni spent time with former Eagles offensive coordinator Frank Reich during his tenure with the San Diego Chargers (2013-2015) and Indianapolis Colts (2018-2020). He now heads into his third season as head coach of the Eagles.

    Who Was the Head Coach Before Nick Sirianni?

    Pederson was the Eagles’ head coach prior to Sirianni’s arrival. Although Pederson was initially viewed as a poor head coaching hire, he quickly changed that narrative. In fact, he’s still the only head coach to win a Super Bowl with Philadelphia.

    With the Eagles, Sirianni has a 23-11 record during the regular season and a 4-2 record in the postseason. Since starting his head coaching career with an embarrassing 2-5 record, he’s 25-8 in his last 33 games. Sirianni has clearly answered any questions that the doubters might have had following his infamous introductory press conference.

    Has Sirianni Ever Won a Super Bowl?

    In just his second year as the Eagles’ head coach, Sirianni led the team to Super Bowl LVII. However, Philadelphia failed to get the job done as their defense struggled in a 38-35 loss to the Chiefs. Despite the close affair, Sirianni has yet to win the big game in the NFL as a result.
