This 2025 NFL Mock Draft follows the Philadelphia Eagles as they seek to right the ship after a 2023 season in which they collapsed down the stretch. There’s turnover looming on the horizon on both sides of the ball, and in 2025, they’ll have to address it.
There’s less certainty surrounding Nick Sirianni than one would expect, considering he’s gone 34-17 in his first three years. The Super Bowl LVII appearance already feels like a distant memory, and pressure is mounting to get things back on course.
First, the Eagles must rally again around Sirianni and Jalen Hurts in 2024. Then, the 2025 NFL Draft will offer another chance to keep building.
Who Could the Philadelphia Eagles Draft in 2025?
1.25) Philadelphia Eagles: James Pearce Jr., EDGE, Tennessee
Josh Sweat is nearing a contract year, and the Eagles have yet to see Nolan Smith reach his peak. They have Bryce Huff on a short-term deal, but soon enough, they’ll have to reinvest in the EDGE position again. This late in Round 1, James Pearce II is stellar value.
At 6’5″, 242 pounds, Pearce is noticeably light, which impacts his play strength in the run game. But as a pass rusher, he has it all — length, power, ankle flexion, and a lightning-quick first step that induces panic in tackles. With more development, he can be special.
On the to-do list for Pearce in 2024 are these two things, more than anything else: He must add more mass to his frame, and he must activate his bend component more often. He can win in a multitude of ways, but there’s room to further flesh out his arsenal.
2.57) Philadelphia Eagles: Elic Ayomanor, WR, Stanford
Eagles fans may not like the idea of picking a Stanford WR at 57th overall in Round 2 again, but Elic Ayomanor is a different type of weapon. At 6’2″, 210 pounds, he brings both RAC and contested utility to the fold, and there are flashes of added separation upside.
While A.J. Brown stresses defenses as an imposing physical presence and vertical threat while DeVonta Smith stresses defenses with his route running, Ayomanor can feast underneath as a big slot WR or work vertically through seams.
3.85) Philadelphia Eagles: Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
Theo Johnson was heavily coveted in 2024, but Tyler Warren could end up being a better prospect. In Warren, the Eagles get a solid blocker and a venerable red-zone threat.

Warren tied Johnson for the lead among Nittany Lions in receiving touchdowns with seven in 2023, while also catching 34 passes for 422 yards.
3.89) Philadelphia Eagles: Aeneas Peebles, DT, Virginia Tech
At 6’1″, 290 pounds, Aeneas Peebles fits what the Eagles like in their interior disruptors. He’s fast, fluid, stout, well-leveraged, and channels his energy with active, forceful hands.
In 2023, Peebles logged five sacks and 8.5 total TFLs with the Duke Blue Devils, and he could be due for more after transferring to Virginia Tech in the 2024 offseason.
