We all know about Marvin Harrison Jr., Malik Nabers, Rome Odunze, and Keon Coleman, but what about the next wide receiver prospects in the 2024 NFL Draft? PFN Scouting Podcast: Analyzing the Tier 2 WR Group in the 2024 NFL Draft

It’s well-documented how strong the 2024 NFL Draft WR class is, but it hasn’t fully sunk in yet. As April approaches, we’ll get to learn more and more about all of the class’ prospects, and that process should only emphasize the depth of the group.

Harrison, Nabers, Odunze, and Coleman are recognized as the top wide receivers in the class, but there’s a wealth of early-round talent even beyond them. Adonai Mitchell and Brian Thomas Jr. are the athletic breakouts. Ladd McConkey is a weapon for Georgia. Devontez Walker and Troy Franklin are adept vertical threats. The list goes on and on.

There’s so much talent in the second tier of the 2024 NFL Draft WR class, that sometimes it can be difficult to settle on a hierarchy for the position group. How should these receivers be valued, and how might they stack up against each other?

That’s what Dalton Miller and I discussed on the latest episode of the PFN Scouting Podcast.

And we didn’t stop at Mitchell, Thomas, McConkey, Walker, and Franklin, either. We also discussed other Tier 2 wide receivers like Ja’Lynn Polk and Xavier Legette, plus Xavier Worthy‘s stock in relation to Mitchell’s.
