For the first time since suffering a season-ending wrist injury against the Baltimore Ravens in mid-November, Joe Burrow threw against defenders as the Bengals moved into Phase III of their offseason program.

Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, Trent Brown, and Sheldon Rankins are not attending OTAs this week. While head coach Zac Taylor doesn’t seem concerned about their absences, Jay and Dallas discuss why each player isn’t in town.
