Following the Chiefs’ Super Bowl loss and the passing of Patrick’s grandfather, the family needed a reason to smile — and Sterling’s birthday was just that.

Patrick’s mom, Randi Mahomes, took to Instagram to express her love for her granddaughter. Sharing a sweet old-school picture with Sterling, she wrote, “Happy 4th birthday to my granddaughter Sterling Skye. I love you forever.”

Patrick Mahomes’ Family
Mahomes might dominate on the football field, but he’s just a dad at home. The Chiefs QB and his wife are proud parents to three kids: Sterling Skye Mahomes, Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, and their newest addition, Golden Raye Mahomes.
Sterling was born in February 2021 and is the couple’s first child. She quickly became a staple at Chiefs games, often spotted wearing custom outfits to support her dad. Brittany has shared many heartwarming moments of Sterling cheering from the sidelines, showing the world that their daughter is already one of Patrick’s biggest fans.
Patrick and Brittany welcomed their son, Bronze, in November 2022. The little one has already attended multiple Super Bowls, watching his dad make history on the field. He’s the first boy in the family. Bronze proudly carries his father’s name, and Patrick even honored him with a special Adidas sneaker release for his second birthday.
Their newest baby, Golden Raye, arrived in January 2025. The little one adds even more joy to the Mahomes household.
